ProcessIQ is a service we offer to expand your loan processing capabilities, especially for those time-intensive loans such as those with low FICO scores, high debt ratios, or alternative income documentation requirements.

After submission, our committed team of experts takes the lead to process the loan directly with the borrower to process the loan as part of our underwriting. Your Loan Officer manages all the licensable activities like they do today, but we handle everything else!
