Order Appraisal

New Appraisal Ordering Platform

Instructions

If you already have a Mercury Network Account

1. Log into BrokerIQ and locate the Appraisals tab of your desired loan.
2. If it's your first time accessing Mercury via BrokerIQ, you will be required to validate your existing username and password (you do not need to create a new one).
3. Once your existing credentials are validated, BrokerIQ will store them for future orders.
4. Click "Order New Appraisal".
5. Complete the form.
6. Confirm all the order details and click "Create Order".
7. Attach any documents you need to your order.

If you DO NOT have a Mercury Network Account

1. First, create an account.
2. Log into BrokerIQ and follow the steps above.
