Incentive Contest Rules
August 1, 2013 – November 15, 2013
Wholesale Lending Division


  • All funded loans as of August 1st, 2013 through November 15th, 2013.
  • All Rankings Provided Monthly EG: August Results provided 1st week of September.
  • Final Rankings Provided November 18th, 2013.

Winners will be from the following categories:

  • Regional Sales Managers: The top volume producer in each division, 3 total.
  • Top Volume, Account Executives: The top two volume producers in each division, 6 total.
  • Top Units, Account Executives: The top unit producer in each division, 6 total.
  • 1 Wildcard Winner: To qualify for wildcard must fund on average $3 MM or more per month.  Selected by SVP of Wholesale Lending.

Total of 16 Winners 
Winners Will Receive the Following:

  • Incentive Contest Winners will receive travel and hotel stay at the [Insert Location], dates are estimated to be December 6th – 9th or December 13th-16th.
  • Award
  • Logos for Email Signatures

2013 Circle of Excellence terms and conditions:

  • Associates must meet the definition of an Eligible Participant as defined in the current Compensation Plans for each position respectively.
  • Non-cash awards may not be exchanged for cash and do not have a cash value
  • This contest is only applicable for dates specified
  • All Terms & Conditions outlined in the current associate Compensation Plans apply respectively.
  • Associates must remain employed during the contest period and actively employed at the time of payment/award.
  • All amounts are subject to all applicable with-holdings.
  • Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise terminate this contest at its sole discretion.
  • All Reporting is final as announced and utilizes Carrington’s current production reporting,
  • Wildcard may be chosen only by the SVP of Wholesale Lending or the EVP of Mortgage Lending.
