- To streamline the review of appraisal conditions a new mailbox has been created; MLDConditons@carringtonps.com
- When all conditions have been met and completed, the documents that satisfy the conditions will be sent to MLDConditons@carringtonps.com
- The “Subject line” of the email must include Loan Number, Borrower Name and Conditions
- All other appraisal issues need to be sent to the Underwriting Manager of your Fulfillment Center
- Escalations, if warranted will be forward to the escalation mailbox of MLDEscalations@carringtonph.com
- The “Subject line” of the email must include Loan Number, Borrower Name and Escalation Issue
