- Effective Monday, March 25, 2013 Appraisal Management Solutions, LLC and HVCC Appraisal Ordering will no longer be an approved AMC for CMS
- Appraisals ordered after Monday, March 25, 2013 from Appraisal Management Solutions, LLC and HVCC Appraisal Ordering will not be accepted
- CMS approved AMC Companies include:
- Clear Capital Appraisals
- Lender’s Choice AMC (CA Only)
- Nationwide Property & Appraisal
- Old Republic
- ProTeck Valuation Services
- ServiceLink
- StreetLinks Lender Solutions
- A notice will be posted on the website and a notice will be sent to our Brokers
- The Approved Vendor List posted on the Intranet will be updated
