Bulletin W13-014 - Update DU Refi Plus

Topic included in Bulletin W13-014:

• DU Refi Plus Matrix has been updated
• Updates effective immediately
• Updates include:
  • Primary Residence, 1-2 units, Conforming and High Balance loan limits, 135% LTV/CLTV with 660 credit score
  • Primary Residence, 1-2 units, Conforming and High balance loan limits, 105% LTV/CLTV with 620 credit score
  • 50% DTI regardless of DU findings
  • Non-Owner Occupied loans up to 105% LTV/CLTV with 660 credit score
• The pricing engine is in the process of being updated.
  • Loans being locked under the DU Refi Plus program will temporarily be done so manually
  • Email the CMS Lock Desk for quotes and lock requests
  • A bulletin will be sent out once the system is updated
• Matrix posted to the Intranet at, Mortgage Services/Mortgage Lending/Guideline and Bulletins/CMS Product Matrices/DU Refi Plus
• Training will be scheduled with the Underwriting Department for Wednesday, February 19, 2013
