Bulletin W1289 - DU Version 9.0

- During the weekend of October 20, 2012, Fannie Mae will implement DU Version 9.0
- The changes included in this release will apply to new loan casefiles submitted to DU on or after the weekend of October 20, 2012
- Loan casefiles created in DU Version 8.3 and resubmitted after the weekend of October 20 will continue to be underwritten through DU Version 8.3
- Associates will be notified thirty days prior to the date that DU Version 8.3 will be retired
- Conventional Conforming Underwriting Guidelines and Matrices (Regular and High Balance) will be announced and published on Friday October 19, 2012
- Announcement provides a list of release changes that affect the underwriting guidelines and matrices
