• CMS Information Security Policies and Practices are designed to help protect this private information by sending encrypted email messages when the communication potentially contains private information
• The secure email is an automated process, that requires our customer to complete a one-time registration in order to receive the message
• Instructions attached that will provide guidance in opening a secure email that can be forwarded to our customer
