Attached is a bulletin announcing that DU for Government Loans will be updated to support the VA 2013 county loan limit changes.
- Updated will occur during the weekend of January 12, 2013.
- Submission made prior to the weekend of January 12, 2013, will be based on the 2012 VA county loan limits.
- Loan casefiles resubmitted, or created, after the weekend of January 12, 2013, will be based on the 2013 VA county loan limits.
- New 2013 VA county loan limits are attached for your reference.
