Bulletin W1296 - Lock Desk Remains Closed due to East Coast Storm

- Due to limited liquidity and continued disruptions in the market caused by the East Coast storm, the CMS Lock Desk will remain closed for all new locks and relock activity.
- Extensions for Non-Expired locks will be processed as normal through the email requests to the Lock Desk
- Lock Desk to return Thursday November 1, 2012
- Announcement will be posted on the website
