Bulletin W13-141 - Update, Tax Transcripts on All Loans

- 4506T Vendor confirmation that turn times have returned to pre-government shutdown levels
- CMS will not revert to our normal policy regarding tax transcripts and SSN verification
- Effective on all FHA/VA/USDA files that are Cleared-to-Close (CTC) beginning Monday, November 11, 2013
- Reminder: All Conventional loan files funding on or after Friday, November 1, 2013 are required to include tax transcripts and SSN verification in the file
- Any FHA/VA/USDA files that have already been CTC prior to Monday, November 11, 2013 will be allowed to close without the tax transcripts and SSN provided they have alternate documentation in the file
- Reminder: Beginning Monday, November 11, 2013 all files being CTC will require tax transcripts and SSN verification in the file
